We have a Note in Ridgeville IN that matures in Dec 2021.
I have a local person that wants to buy 5 years of FE payments at a 8 1/2% yield.
Can you advise what are the mechanics of completing this transaction.
The loan is currently boarded and serviced by Allied Servicing but I would like to know:
- Is there a standard contract that people use?
- Do people usually go through some sort of escrow process?
This is our first front end sale so we want to make sure we get everything right.
